Virtual Assistant/CSR role

Job Description
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, etc. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Slack.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
The initial first month of work will be 10 to 20 hours per week.
Continuation at part time hours is available.
Full time opportunities are available for those looking for 40 hours a week after a successful initial period evaluation.
Responsibilities
Respond to emails, texts, and phone calls
Schedule meetings
Present excellent customer-service skills to customers
Manage a contact list
Prepare spreadsheets and keep online records
Organize calendars
Perform market research
Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation

Requirements:
You should be located in the Philippines
English fluency
Quality headset with quality microphone
Reliable internet connection
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role such as customer service
Familiarity with current software, like Google Workspace.
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Familiarity or ability to learn Asana (task/project management software) and Slack (communication software).
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent responsiveness
Excellent organizational skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
Rate: $5/hr
