We are seeking Export Sales Associates working remotely in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products to new and existing customers

• Prepare quotations

• Preparing marketing material and special offers

• Preparation and follow-up of customer orders

• Implements plans to assure orders meet specified quality and delivery times and to minimize the total cost of purchases

• Coordinating logistics

• Preparing documents

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments

• Develop new business with potential customers

• Coordinate with vendors and resolve issues

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years working experience in a trading company;

- Strong project management and leadership skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Great attitude with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- College or equivalent degree

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook

- Strong negotiation skills

- Able to meet deadlines and detail-oriented

- Fluency in Spanish, Chinese or Arabic is plus

Base salary US$500 per month. Performance-based incentives after passing three-month probation, bonus incentive associated with performance.
