"The HR Admin Manager will lead, direct and manage the day-to-day HR Administrative activities for the company. He/She will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to retention, engagement, compliance, compensation, training, and development, data management; as well as oversee all HR team members doing these administrative functions."
To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills, people management skills, and be familiar with HR functions. Experience working as an HR in a BPO or Call Center Industry will be an advantage.

Technical Requirements:
