We are looking for Trainer
Work schedule: CST (Graveyard shift) Rate: 30,000 - 38,000 PHP
Responsibilities:
Facilitate 3-4 week training for a batch of 10-20 virtual assistants.
Create and continuously improve training materials and packs provided.
Analyze training and performance trends and propose action plans and training strategies.
Track KPIs and provide feedback to trainees during the nesting period.
Communicate all observations and move-forward actions to the leadership team.
Promote an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Requirements:
-At least 1-year experience as a Trainer/Team Leader in a BPO setup
-Basic skills in Microsoft Office and Gsuite
-Good English communication skills
-Can analyze situation and re-strategize based on previous training data
-Able to manage and organize tasks based on priority and urgency
-Can work with integrity under minimal supervision
