Responsibilities and Duties:

-Able to generate real estate leads and turn it into new client.

-Can do outbound cold calls to different types of clients.

-Able to follow up with clients and negotiate well with them.

-Able to calls leads, nurture current ones through cold calls to find and convert new ones.

Requirements and Qualifications:

-Has at least 2 years of experience in Real Estate specifically in Sales and Telemarketing.

-Knowledgeable in Lead Generation.

-Proficient skill Spreadsheets, outbound calling and able to negotiate well with various clients.

-Must be coachable, knows how to adapt to different client types (i.e., hot or warm clients, nurtured clients, and cold calls to potential clients)

-Has knowledge on referral sites like Home Light, Referral Exchange, and Mojo.

Real estate knowledge is required.

-Has a strong communication skills and neutral accent.

Work Hours: 40hours/week- PST time zone

Rate/Salary:$6-$7 per hour
