Rapid Assistants is in need of VAs who have US real estate transaction coordination experience for at least a year. We need self-starters and highly organized people who can quickly pick up the pace as they take on the role of prospecting and managing leads coming from different lead sources. Required Skills/experience:
Experience supporting a US-based real estate agent investors in any of the following areas: appointment setting, lead generation and coordination, transaction coordination, acquisitions, bookkeeping and disposition.
Role Description:
As a lead manager you will be:
Creating Purchase, Sale, and Assignment Contracts & amendments
Sending Contracts electronically through Hellosign
Sending the title company an email to open escrow
Helping coordinate anything needed for marketing (lockbox/photos)
Helping build buyers list
Creating Sales Price for Dispo
Creating mailchimp email marketing ads for dispo and sending to buyer’s list
Communicating with potential buyers to lock up a sale
Tracking Deals and keeping Podio up to date
Sending a closing email to the team once a deal has closed
Run day to day operation:
—Manage the marketing staff
—Decide good lead/bad lead
—Run comps
—Determine max offer price
—Run transaction coordination
—Dispo the property
Qualifications:
PC/Laptop at least Intel Core i3 or up
4GB RAM or above
At least 50 MBPS speed or up
USB type noise canceling headset
LAN cable is required, DSL/FIBER (no signal based internet)
MUST have 1080P HD Webcam
Paid training ($4/hr)
