📌 RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processing outbound and inbound calls while updating CRM

Create and repurpose graphics, captions, and use hashtags to maximise visual impact and engagement on posts

Create a content calendar and schedule posts on social media

Report on social media performance and engagement results and use data to optimise and shape future campaigns

Strategize, set up, and implement social media marketing strategies and content planning

Maximise SEO on content creation to widen reach and visibility

Able to do tech tasks as they come up, edit the website, connect Zapier, etc.

All administrative support required by the Director - including research, creating templates, retrieving records, and editing documents

Answer any queries across social media and emails

Help develop and execute follow-up system for new and existing clients

Use various software, including word, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software

Read and analyse incoming memos, and submissions, and distribute them as needed

Help create a system and process to support all business administrative needs

📌 QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 2 years experience working as a Senior Admin and Social Media or similar role

Proven experience in content publishing, social media management, email management, and administrative assistance

Proven experience and high standard of knowledge in growing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts through content creation and effective brand visibility

Solid working knowledge of all key social platforms

Ability to identify, report and track relevant metrics

Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Creative with high attention to detail

Commercially minded and strategic in your approach

A passionate self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
