The work setup is to your advantage as you’re expected to work based on your committed hours and independently outside of our weekly meetings and communicate with the team through Slack, Gather, and/or ClickUp.

Once hired, you will be on a project-based setup for 3 months, and quickly move into a part-time or full-time depending on performance and capacity.
