𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘 / 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘: $450 AUD / 20 hours a week
𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗗𝗘:
Virtual assistant’s main responsibility is to assist in guest communications, processing of bookings and job scheduling for contractors.

Outlined tasks:
Process bookings from various booking platforms
Schedule jobs for contractors (Cleaning, Maintenance and Concierge jobs)
Answering Inquiries and accepting bookings on phone and through property management software
Other administrative jobs such as filing resolutions and claims
Generating Reports for Account Managers
Support Account Managers requests.
VAs to familiarise themselves with walk through videos of property
Qualifications:
Proven BPO or VIrtual Assistant experience is required
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
Excellent home, email and instant messaging communication skills
Solid Organizational Skills
