TASKS: 

- Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing

- Update transactions with new dates, documents, or contacts

- Provide 10/10 communication and customer service 

- Point of contact for correspondence with escrow, clients, agents, vendors

- Follow up with multiple parties to receive documentation

- Ensure all contractual deadlines are met in a timely manner

Qualifications: 

- Prior experience in real estate is a plus

- Experience with ZipForms, DocuSign, Open To Close, Glide & Skyslope is a plus
