✅ Must be a self-starter, out of the box thinker, problem solver

✅ Able to work under pressure, keep organized and look for solutions

✅ Seek out solutions when they hit a roadblock instead of dropping the task and forgetting it

✅ Fluent English speaking ability and attention to detail

✅ Basics & Common Sense

✅ Intermediate to advanced understanding of networking and troubleshooting

✅ Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection

✅ Working computer and a quiet place to work with noise-canceling headphones

Tools and Tasks:

✅ Answering client calls, responding to emails to help resolve client issues.

✅ Configuring PBX

✅ Porting phone numbers

✅ Experience in Computer Networking/Troubleshooting

✅ Experience with IP phone configuration & setup

✅ Create/Follow up on previous support tickets

✅ VoIP soft switch understanding

✅ Experience with any Cloud PBX (FreePBX/Ssterisk, Mitel, FusionPBX, 3CX, Kazoo)

✅ Basic software such as AnyDesk, Office, Online Search, Windows shortcuts, email

RATES & COMPENSATION:

👉 Earn as much as $5 per hour
