Perform Appointment Scheduling Calls
Customer service via telephone and chat support. Assist customers with the use of a client’s product, website or service.
Answer all incoming office telephone calls remotely
Receive and reply on emails
Create and design marketing materials
Gather, compile, and maintain data for various Database Programs (CRMs and MLS)
