Amazonationph is looking for Human Resource Officer. The Human Resource Officer is responsible for managing the employees’ life cycle (i.e., end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding, training, and termination of contract) and administering employee benefits. This includes creating policies and systems for the company.
Set-up: Work from home
Schedule: Flexible (preferably active in ph time)

Responsibilities:
Coordinate closely with Hiring Manager for the requirements of their open requisitions
Source candidates by creating job postings & sharing in all available recruitment platforms/social media.
Conducts ability and personality assessment
Collate & secure pre-employment requirements of New hires
Conduct New Employee Orientation before endorsement to Hiring Manager.
Manage employee referrals
Implement Human Resource Monthly or Quarterly Initiatives for employee engagement
Implement periodic Performance Management System
Implement remuneration and incentive design for employee benefit package
Set HR Policies
Monitor Hiring needs & meet hiring requirements
Attend Daily, Monthly and Quarterly meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree of Psychology, Human Resource or any related expertise.
HR Generalist for 2 years
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
Time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
Knowledge about Labor Law
Experience in creating forms, policy/systems
