We are looking for a Virtual Bookkeeper – Australian Client (ZOHO BOOKS)!

Salary: Php 6,000.00 / Monthly

Status: Part-Time Post

Hours: 2.5 hours per day only

Schedule: Monday and Thursday: 10 AM – 12:30 PM

1. Bookkeeper to have previous experience with Zoho Books accounting software.

2. Ability and skill set to perform the responsibilities and duties as outlined competently.

3. Candidate who has previously worked with/for a lead generation agency, preferential, not essential.

TASKS:

Follow-up invoices – Weekly

Cross-check payments – Weekly

Reconcile Accounts – Weekly

Client Onboarding – Weekly

Client Off-boarding (Contract Management, Cancelation, Handovers) – Ad Hoc
