Available Positions are as follows:
General Virtual Assistants
Experience in marketing, administration and executive assistant
Bookkeeper
Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
Update and maintain the general ledger
Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
Recording of debits and credits
Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
Monitor any variances from the projected budget

Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts
Payroll management
Performs other task that may be assigned
Social Media Specialist
Follow Client's brand and make postings
Moderate a FB group and can bring suggestions.
Create graphics designs
Email Management - organize and clean up Client's email and manage weekly
