We are looking for a Full-Time Female IT Support Specialist to support a Home and Commercial Restoration Services company based in Puerto Rico. We need someone who can do monthly virtual service maintenance on all computers/laptops.

Requirements:

At least 2-3 Years of Experience working as an IT specializing in Virtual IT Assistance

Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Keen attention to detail

Good organization, time management and prioritization

Efficient troubleshooting abilities

Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening

Great customer service and interpersonal skills
