Our company Get Listings is looking for an Appointment Executive.

The job is to get prospective clients from Facebook and Instagram by sending them a short introductory message about our company. If interested we then give them details or send them an info pack to their email address. We pre-qualify them, get the details of the prospective client, and create their profile in CRM. Book a meeting thru Google Calendar so our Sales team could call them.

Job requires

1. Has experience using a CRM, Google sheet, Google meet, and Google calendar.

2. Can communicate well. The job involves writing emails or short messages to prospects on Instagram or Facebook. Compose business emails and sales messages.

3. Effective at researching prospects’ details. Our Sales Executives can use the information during the call.

Other requirements

1. Own laptop and camera for meetings

2. Stable internet connection 10mbps up

3. Headset or headphone

4. Must commit to at least 6months, with no attendance issues

5. No current clients and must be willing to start asap.
