Responsibilities

1. Post long term rental home listing on Facebook/Zillow

2. Call/message leads that come into Asana/Zillow

3. Set up simply book me for each home showing as needed

4. Schedule showings as you follow up on leads

5. Follows up with prospects to garner feedback

6. Long term tenant application processing

7. Calls and gets quotes for maintenance work

8. Answer messages, inquiries and questions from Airbnb guests

9. Research items on the internet

10. Call prospective clients

11. Other administrative tasks related to property management
