We are a USA-based Virtual Assistant staffing company that caters to the independent insurance industry.  One of our services is to offer remote CSR  services to our clients.  We are looking for long-term team players to perform insurance-related administrative tasks.

If hired, a 1-year contract commitment is required.  This is a long-term, full-time position.

This position is for 3rd shift work.  The working hours are around 11pm-7am Philippine time.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Assistant for our company, your role is to be a Virtual Customer Service Representative for specific independent insurance agencies that use the NowCerts AMS software

You would be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:

Day to day insurance agency support.

Data processing

Emailing

Communicating through instant messaging

Calling insurance/mortgage companies

Problem solving data related issues

Error free completion of insurance agency tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Requirements:

A computer (desktop preferred) with at least an Intel i3 processor, 8GB ram, Windows 7 or greater

Stable internet (fiber preferred) with at least 5/5Mbps speed

Web camera

Headset with Noise Cancelling Microphone (Logitech H390 preferred)

Insurance and accounting experience is a plus but is not required.
