TECHNICAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

2 vacant positions:

• One for Australian time

• And US time.


Responsibilities include:

• Help sales reps with their calendars, booking software etc (via chat or Zoom)

• Work with clients to make sure automation, CRM and tracking are working

• Solve and answer support tickets issued by the team

• Create automation (Zapier, Make)

Must-haves:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously

• Strong work ethic

• Comfortable and confident in learning new tools and platforms

• Ability to develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships

• Availability to work either during US or AUS working hours 

• Stable and fast internet and computer (no Chromebook)

• Professional working environment (background, no noise problems) 

• Critical thinking


Nice to haves:
