Job Description:

The Content Writer our "the voice" by writing web copies that align with our brandings and other marketing efforts.

Core Responsibilities:

Implementing various elements of of our content marketing strategy as instructed

Optimizing current copy on our websites (page titles, meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)

Blog writing and posting

Writing new SEO-friendly copy for pages on our websites

Press release writing (as well as other forms of PR--media pitches, articles, etc.)

Infographic creation and promotion

Slideshare creation

Video Transcriptions

Participating in our calls during campaign kick-off and as necessary thereafter

Researching trending topics within a variety of industries

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Content Writers must have demonstrated strong writing experience. They have experience writing for a web-based audience as well as a working knowledge of search engine optimization best practices and how they apply to content marketing.

Further requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A working knowledge of SEO and how it applies to content marketing

Basic knowledge of HTML

Creativity & resourcefulness

Extreme attention to detail

The ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines

Flexibility to evolve strategies quickly & effectively

Reliable computer/laptop

At least 25Mbps. Speed of reliable internet connection and at least 10Mbps backup internet connection
