Job Description:
Contact potential clients via phone to gather information regarding properties for sale
Build rapport with prospects to overcome objections
Provide efficient and effective administrative support
Gauge seller's motivation and qualify leads
Calendar and schedule management
Property research and general research tasks
Communicate with leads and other stakeholders accordingly
Creating basic reports (reports on daily performance, deliverables, leads)
Provide efficient customer service by entertaining inquiries and other concerns by dealing with all levels of people who may sometimes be a bit difficult to deal with
Other adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Must have a computer with at least Intel I3 8th Gen Processor; 4GB RAM
Main and backup internet connection must be at least 10mbps (wired)
Must have a noise-cancelling headset and webcam available
