Responsibilities and Duties:

✅ Able to handle email management, data entry, and phone communication.

✅ Communicate thru calls and text messaging with existing clients and new lead development.

✅ Responsible for collecting routine information from existing clients.

✅ Manage and organize calendar contacts, and obtain the required documentation from clients via phone and DocuSign

✅ Handle other Admin tasks assigned by the Executive Director

✅ Has 2 years and up experience working as an Admin Assistant reporting directly to the CEO

✅ Has skills in Admin Task and Call Management

✅ Has good communication skills and is tech-savvy

✅ Organize and can work with minimum supervision
