**Position: **Personal Assistant

Tools and Software: Google Applications, Dropbox, and other software TBD

Preferred methods of communication: TBD

Time Zone: CST

Shift: Full-time 8am - 5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create company systems/workflows

Make sure projects and tasks are complete

Be the first point of contact in lieu of the client

Manage the client’s emails and calendar

Prepare the client’s daily tasks and to-do list

Send and respond to emails and calls

Organize meetings for the client

Do follow-ups on pending matters

Respond to urgent requests or tasks

Create minutes of the meetings

Organize the company files

Prepare documents & presentations

Coordinate and book travel arrangements

Other tasks would be discussed during onboarding

REQUIREMENTS:

Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant experience of at least 1 year

Must have initiative when it comes to tasks

Ability to multi-task while maintaining the quality of work

Keen on accuracy and attention to detail

Must be efficient and responsive

Ability to follow directions and execute tasks with little to no supervision
