📌We have a US-based Construction company that's looking for an ASSISTANT BIM COORDINATOR!!

✨YOU MUST BE:✨

♦️ Must have at least 2 years of experience working as an Assistant BIM Coordinator or similar role. 
♦️ Must have a 2-year degree in Construction, Architectural Drafting, or closely related.
♦️ Significant experience in the Construction or Design fields
♦️ Able to read and understand construction documents
♦️ Strong experience in using Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
♦️ Advanced Navisworks skills including clash detection, reports, and coordination
♦️ Ability to develop efficient cross-application / cross-team workflows
♦️ Experience in delivering IFC models
♦️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
♦️ Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments
♦️ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
♦️ Great attention to detail
♦️ Practice a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

✨WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: 

♦️ Work closely with the BIM Coordinator to support the design consultants and construction
teams, ensuring projects run smoothly and project information models are delivered on
time
♦️ Participate in the management and development of modeling libraries as well as supporting the BIM training
♦️Help the BIM department in the documentation of all policies and procedures
♦️Assist in running coordination meetings and taking meeting notes
♦️Review construction documents for errors and omissions
♦️Assist in BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project setup
♦️Assist in the creation and maintenance of master model, run and analyze clash detection
on the master model, prepare and distribute reports on clashes to facilitate the coordination
process
