We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant

for our Real Estate client.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years experience in an accounting position.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP

Advanced Microsoft Excel

Experience with various financial systems

Core Roles:

✅Carry out general accounting functions including:

- Code all banking transactions within QBO

- Assist with QBO cleanup

- Enter payroll journal entries

- Enter income journal entries

- Processing of payables

- Coordination of accounting data between systems

- General ledger account reconciliations

- Assist with financial reporting

- Data organization
