A small retail business, run by families for families is looking for a Senior Admin and Amazon Sourcing Support. Are you skilled in optimizing processes, providing administrative support, maintaining records, sourcing profitable products, inventory management, and product purchasing?

📌 RESPONSIBILITIES:

All administrative support required by the CEO- including research, creating templates, retrieving records, and editing documents

Help create a system and process to support all business administrative needs

Maintain organized and accurate records, updating databases, and other files

Prepare reports and update the internal database

Sourcing profitable products to sell on amazon from retail stores and wholesalers

Maintain replenishment system to ensure stock doesn't run out

Daily Purchasing of Products

Support in creating streamlined and systemized processes to make the client experience as seamless as possible

Data entry, filing, and retrieving records, documents, and reports using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases

📌 QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have at least 2 years of experience working as an Amazon Product Sourcer/Purchaser

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Work experience in administrative management is essential

Familiarity with task management and other organisational applications

High standard of knowledge in using different Sourcing Tools

Maintain discretion and confidentiality

Process-driven and able to create and streamline systems

High-level administration experience in prior roles

Ability to work independently and resourcefully

Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities

High attention to detail is a must

Practice a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
