URGENT HIRING (HOME-BASED) EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

AU Timezone

Support Plan: 20hrs/week

Rate: TBD
JOB DESCRIPTION

o   Database & CRM management

o   Email management

Sending out accurate information to clients

Reaching out and following up clients

Checking and inspecting bounce back emails

o   Check status of surveys/assessments by participants and monitor their progress

o   Produce summaries or reports. 

o   Other administrative/operational support tasks

o   With good oral and written communication skills (fluent in English)

o   Initiative and excellent attention to details are necessary

o   Role may expand to include schedule management and appointment setting in the future
