URGENT HIRING! We are looking for remote employees to help with various administrative tasks, including CRM management and Social media postings. Our ideal candidate should be highly organized and technologically savvy, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Key Activities and Duties
Social media postings and Graphic designing through Canva
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the Executive’s behalf
Oversee all aspects of event planning and management, including vendor communication and logistics
Other Administrative duties
Job Specific skills and requirements
At least one year of experience as a Virtual Assistant/Personal Assistant/Real Estate Admin VA
Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Canva
Excellent oral and written communication skills, copywriting abilities, and email etiquette
Experience in the US Real Estate is a plus!
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Boomtown, KV Core, and others
Exceptional project management skills and strong attention to detail
With backup systems in place in case of an outage/internet issue is a MUST!
✨ Start rate: $4.50- $5.00 with a potential increase depending on the performance Part-time position 20 hrs per week (schedule to be determined) Bi-weekly payment via Wise Fixed Weekends Off ✨
