- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (not required if experienced)
- Experience in an administrative/virtual assistant role for 1+ years preferred
- Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
- Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
- Experience in a multi-client environment or working with a team
- Strong computer aptitude, including experience working in Microsoft 365, G-Suite, Canva, Zoom, HootSuite, Buffer, Dropbox, Asana, Calendly, Doodle, Skype, Slack, Trello, Adobe
- Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
