HIRING A FULL-TIME ACCOUNTANT/ADMIN ASSISTANT AT AN AMAZING REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY

We are looking for a great full-time VA responsible for undertaking all tax preparation activities and delivering associated quality and professional accounting outcomes and assisting our Admin Manager. We're a vibrant and very busy real estate investment company in need of an organized, task-oriented individual to join our team.

The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of US taxation, bookkeeping, and admin procedures. They will be expected to create financial statements and bookkeeping projects to ensure their readiness for the actual tax preparation for LLC for annual audits and other tasks as needed.

Job Role: Accountant/Admin Assistant with US taxation experience

Company: SV Ventures

Work Hours and Schedule: 8 am-5 pm Pacific Time Mon-Fri, short weekend work as needed

Rate: $4/hr

Salary: Bi-weekly via Xoom

Responsibilities:

• Full charge bookkeeping w/ detailed knowledge of accounting practices, systems, and standards and handle annual closings

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, compute taxes and prepare tax returns, and manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

• social media postings w/ photo and video editing

• project management

• perform other small miscellaneous tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience with US taxation IS A MUST

• Good verbal and written English communication skills

• Excellent organizational, and analytical skills

• Independent and self-motivated

• Ambitious with proven ability to succeed

• Well organized, should be able to follow instructions

• Stable & Fast Internet Connection
