We are a fast-growing, Texas-based company specializing in the design and manufacture of fun electric bikes. We're transforming the way people get around, in an exciting, cost-effective way that helps heal our planet.
We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Specialist to join our team. We need someone to approach targeted customers actively. Set pipeline, help source new leads, and help manage relationships with existing customers.

What you will do:
• Promote the company’s products in ways to convince prospective customers to buy them.
• Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.
• Familiarize yourself with current information about products available for customers.
• Presenting the company's products to potential customers in a favorable and structured way.
• Properly demonstrate the features and benefits of the company products to clients.
• Establish, develop, and maintain a positive long-term relationship with existing customers.
• Cooperate with and support other members of the customer service team.

What you should have:
• At least 3 years of relevant CS Sales Experience.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including phone calls, email and social media).
• Previous performance shows meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation skills
• Conducive WFH set-up with a reliable internet connection.
• Proficiency using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets), or Microsoft Office.
• Experience in using Zendesk, Shopify or similar tools.

ADVANTAGE: If you have experience with any of the following:

• Working with bike firms or high-end outdoor/sports equipment,
• Familiarity with the following tools: Asana, NetSuite, Shopify, Zendesk, Slack, Google Workspace.

We are looking for someone to work with us on a long-term basis, thus there'll be a few evaluations and interviews to get to know each other.
