What we're looking for
A Project Administrator. This is a remote (work from home) position.
We are looking for a Project Administrator to provide assistance to the Project Manager or Project Head in coordinating activities and projects with team members or clients. More specifically, you’ll get to:
• Schedule routine meetings and record decisions (e.g. next steps, assigned tasks, etc.)
• Break complex projects into simpler tasks and set goals and timeframes
• Create and Update workflows and automation
• Measure and report on the project performance
• Act as the contact point for all project participants
• Monitor progress of the project and also address potential issues
• Coordinate quality controls for ensuring the deliverables meet client demands
• Retrieve necessary information such as related case studies and client/user requirements
• Track expenses and predict future costs
• Conduct risk analyses together with the Project Head
• Prepare and provide documentation to key stakeholders and internal teams
• Report to management for the needed resources (e.g. software and equipment)
Salary and Growth Opportunities
The Project Administrator position starts at $xxx a month (TBD)
• You’ll work under the Chief Operations Manager / Project Manager as you learn the trade
• You’ll be assigned to handle the main business first as you gain your confidence and experience. Then later on you will handle projects for our clients.
• You’ll be evaluated before your second month. Once you pass, you will start to receive the $xxx a month (TBD) a month salary.
• If not, you will remain on the $xxx a month (TBD) salary bracket and be given another 1-2 months Performance Improvement Plan until you pass.
• Again, you’ll be graded on your deliverables; quality and quick-turnaround

The Ideal Candidate
A knack for details and organization: Be able to convert broad project objectives to detailed project scopes. Display good judgment is detail-oriented and with excellent organizational skills – able to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast pace environment.
Understand project management principles and best practices: While you are not expected to be PMP certified, understanding of project management principles is highly required.
Tool Proficiency: Is experienced in using different tools such as project management tools, Microsoft Office, CMS, CRM’s, no code automation tools, flow charts, and team collaboration tools.
