- Full-Time position

- Background in fitness and or agricultural equipment is preferred.

- Phone support position for inbound calls.

- Provide technical product support to customers and team.

- Process warranty claims within policy parameters while providing

an excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

- Main and backup computer/laptop specs - at least ICore3, 4GB RAM

- Main and backup internet - at least 5mbps when we run a speed test

- Main power source, and plans in case there's power interruption

- Headset
