JUNIOR TALENT COORDINATOR

100 % Work from Home/Remote

Non-Voice Lead Gen Campaign / Data Entry

FULL-TIME (40hrs./week)

Package Rate ₱25,000 - ₱30,000 (DOE)

MUST: Can work during US BUSINESS HOURS (EST/PST)

Job Description:

• Focus on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media platforms.

• Producing effective lead generation campaigns. (Web and competitor research)

• Run outreach for new leads for business development

• Manage influencer and talent outreach for brand client

• Manage email outreach, automation outreach etc.

• Able to manage multiple accounts on varied social media platforms.

• Working closely with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present results.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-year of Virtual Assistance experience in Social Media Management/Growth.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Experience on Social Media Management for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

• Great attention to detail that will make digital marketing more effective.

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling social media accounts.

• Ability to deliver high quality work, fast and engaging.

Experience in using the following tools:

Slack

Monday.com

Zoom

MS Teams

Social Media platforms mainly Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter

Google Suite or MS Office

Gmail, Calendar, Spreadsheet / Excel, Docs and Slides for tracking and reporting

(Email Marketing Tools) like -Active Campaign, Mail Chimp

System & Internet Requirements:

• At least core i3 or up

• 8G Ram or higher

• High-definition webcam and a noise-cancelling headset

• At least 10 Mbps and above wired Fiber Internet connection

• (No: Signal-based & wireless connections)

• Windows 10 or MAC

• A quiet space in your home
