Requirements:
*At least 4-5 years of experience in customer service (inbound and outbound)
*BPO Experience
*Virtual Assistant experience
*Graveyard (US hours) and full time
Job Description:
*Identify customer needs and resolve conflict to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
*Ensure accurate and timely service and respond quickly and proactively to customer requests
*Maintain customer records in company CRM tool
*Analyzing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities
*Influencer / Ambassador outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communications
*Familiarity with outreach software like GRIN or Upfluence is a plus
*Develop and present proposals tailored to influencers, retailers, and business accounts
*Order entry, order management, order tracking from 3rd party platforms, and integrations
*Working knowledge of Shopify is a plus
*New item form set ups
