Job Title: Real Estate Cold Caller | Telemarketer (Full-time)

Work From Home? Yes


Rate: $4.50 - $5.00 per hour (bi-weekly payout)

OY136 3.5mm Computer Headset

Schedule: 9:00 am - 8:30 PM PST (minimum 7.15 hrs a day)

Fixed Sat-Sun off; Paid OT

Flexible break schedule

Perks: bonuses and commissions, 13th-month pay, annual increase, paid leaves after 6 months, weekly game contests/activities

Job Requirements:

- Available to work at least 36 hours a week

- Exceptional Verbal communication skills

- Confidently use and internalize our scripts.

- Confident on the phone

- Properly disposition each call

Tech Requirements:

- Laptop/desktop with at least 4GB RAM and i3 processor

- Stable internet connection of at least 10mbps

- Private and Quiet Work Environment

- Backup internet and power source

- USB headset with noise cancellation feature
