-GVA: General Virtual Assistant (Non-Voice Tasks, Graphic Design, Data Entry)

-ISA: Inside Sales Associate (Inbound or Outbound Calls, Concierge Services, Appointment Setting)

-EVA: Executive Virtual Assistant (A combination of Voice and Non-Voice Tasks, Transaction Coordination, CRM Management)
