Position: Real Estate Virtual Assistant - Cold Callers

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cold Caller to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to sign up with us.

For this role, you'll need:

-Real Estate experience is not required but a plus

-Must have main/back up computer/laptop with at least Intel I3 5th Gen processor; 4GB Ram 

-Internet main/back up must be at least 10mbps (wired)

-Must have a noise cancelling USB headset available

Responsibilities:

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

Responsibilities: 

• Cold calling people using a given list to gather information and pre-qualify leads.

• Answering incoming calls from prospective customers

• Using scripts to provide information about features, prices, etc. and present their benefits

Salary Offer: Php 22,000.00-Php 24,000.00/ monthly
