ROLE: COLD CALLER – VACATION RENTAL

WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE: Must work during UK and EU Time Zone , must have the flexibility to work during US time zone in the future

WORK DURATION: 15- 40 hours per week

RATE or SALARY RANGE: from $5 USD per hour or NEGOTIABLE depending on skills and knowledge in the industry

Client Background: The client is a startup in the area of vacation rental property management and will launch its operations on 1st May 2022 in Europe. The company is looking for a Cold Caller who will be part of the Sales Team to expand the business presence in the UK initially.

Role starts on 4 April 2022, Monday

Role Description & Requirements:

- Must reach out to potential clients and endorse the hot lead to the Success Manager.

- Leads will be provided

- Must have extensive experience in sales, cold calling and/or appointment setting

- Must be knowledgeable of the Vacation Rental Industry Strong communication skills, and comfortable in phone conversations using the VOIP System

- Must be able to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty

- Comfortable & knowledgeable in using CRM (Hubspot), project management, and communication tools such as Monday.com, Slack or similar platforms

- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills

- Applicants must be willing to work during EU – CET Time Zone
