Description/ information:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Background in HR or Supervisory role (Team Lead, Trainer, QA)

• Able to create work processes and improve existing ones using G Suite or MS Office applications, Loom, and / or other document management applications

• Experience in the cleaning or healthcare industry a must

• Background in appointment setting, email and calendar management, staff scheduling and customer relations

• Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills a must

• Knowledge in project management tools such as ClickUp, communication tools such as DialPad and scheduling such as Launch27

Requirements:

- Main and backup computer/laptop specs - at least I3 Core, 4GB RAM

- Main and backup internet - at least 5mbps when we run a speed test
