• Tasks: General admin including invoicing (Odoo)
• Email responses to enquiries & quotes
• Management of CRM & correspondence with warehouse for logistics in set up for events
• Location sourcing for event green spaces- we have an extensive list, you will only need to offer the options to the client or ask us for more specific requirements
• Managing calendars & zoom meetings, booking appointments- making sure we turn up to them prepared
• Reminders- after meetings, minutes are supplied and we'll need reminders to finish the tasks allocated to me.

• Generating leads & online research of product ands services- guided by me
• We'd love to have someone who is able to manage wordpress websites as I have to do many updates and it would be an added bonus
• We can provide training, lists of costs for all items, other staff to assist (there is another VA that works for the sister company Katalane so all quotes will be done by them and copied word for word)
