Key Task:

✅ Lead generation/Follow Up texts and emails

✅ Database/Lead Management: adding/deleting leads, setting up reminders, implementing drip campaigns, updating client info, creating listing alerts, email/text blasts

✅ Social Media Management (Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Google My Business, Twitter, LinkedIn, Craigslist, YouTube, etc.)

✅ Manage and enhance my social presence; getting subscribers/likes/followers

✅ Calendar Management

✅ Research and pull Expired, FSBO, & Absentee Owner listings

✅ Update/Enhancing websites with listing information, status, and photos (Craigslist, Zillow/Trulia, etc.)

✅ Prepare Buyer, Pre-listing, & Listing consultation packages

✅ MLS: input listings, update property status

✅ File Management: manage files for active, pending, & closed client files

✅ Scheduling showings

✅ Recording webinars when needed

✅ Maintaining and improving Instructions/Operations Manual weekly

✅ Attend ongoing training on business tools, business growth strategies, etc

✅ Knowledge of SEO & social bookmarking is a plus
