Position: Customer Service and General Virtual Assistant
Salary: 30k-40k
Job Description:
· Responding to emails and phone calls
· Scheduling meetings
· Perform market research
· Provide customer service as the first point of contact
· Admin works
· Ensure accurate and timely service and respond quickly and proactively to customer requests

Requirements:
· At least 4-5 years of experience in customer service (inbound and outbound)
· Virtual Assistant experience/ BPO Experience

· Graveyard (US hours) and full time
