• Salary increase is based on quarterly performance reviews

Job Description:

Your role as the Data Analyst is to bring your technical expertise to the table to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data, then process, design, and present it in ways that could help the company make better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand the business needs in relation to the reports/dashboards
Serves as a subject matter expert on data-related topics and develop industry and domain expertise
Write SQL queries to prepare subsets of datasets to be used in creating charts and visuals
Use front end reporting tools to create datasets, reports, dashboards
Interpret data, analyze results and improve existing reporting systems
Drive automation of data and information for business efficiency

Job Requirements:

3-5 years of data analyst experience, data visualization, and reports development
Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in leading a team (as SME, Senior Data Analyst, or other similar roles)
Intermediate to advanced understanding of SQL functions and techniques is required
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting methods
Demonstrates skill in problem-solving, customer service, excellent communication , and decision making
Willing to work on a graveyard shift
Must have his/her own work-from-home equipment (computer/laptop, webcam, headset, and wired internet connection)
