👉🏻Time Range: in between 7AM – 7PM CST (graveyard shift)
👉🏻Working Hours: 9 hours a day (8 working hours with 1 hour break)
👉🏻Day Off: TBD (2 days in a week)

👉🏻 A. CSR Full Job Description & Qualifcation:
-Previous experience working on sales team with US-based clients for a minimum 5 years
-Responsible to do end to end including being to reply well to emails
-Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
-excellent oral and written communication skills
-superior interpersonal skills
-ability to take initiative and work independently
-exceptional organizational skills
-good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
-5+ years of experience in sales
-confident and charismatic approach to people
👉🏻Responsibilities
-Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
-Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
-Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
-Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
-Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
-keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
-anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
