Basic video and audio editing (intro, outro, subtitles, transcriptions, bg music)
4 calls a week (between both biz)
Descript tool (take out umms & ahhs, long pauses)
Need to check transcript for accuracy
Upload video to website (Kajabi)
Send announcement email (via Kajabi)
Future work - create snippets from these calls
2. Email marketing (no copywriting)
Set-up and schedule email newsletters
Needs help to pre-plan these out with the VA for weekly classes
Wants to make a Monthly Newsletter
Email Newsletter Campaigns
Marketing Schedule Management
Content Distribution
3. Social Media Posting
Wants to create a regular schedule to generate organic traffic (starting with FB)

Minimum Technical Requirements:

Software/Programs required: Descript.com(Video Editing Tool), Slack, Kajabi, Circle, Apple apps, G-Suite, Dropbox, Zoom, Canva (or similar)
Skills required: Administration, Marketing, Apple/MAC user ideal
Tentative work schedule:
Mon-Fri 3pm to 7pm (Pacific Daylight/Time US) or
Tue-Sat 6am to 10am (in PH TIME)
Key Attributes:
• High level of attention to details
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
• Highly Organised
• Works well in both team environment and autonomously
• Familiar with Descript.com tool would be helpful
