We are hiring General Virtual Assistant VA

(Potential for growth and significant salary increase/sponsorship for US work VISA if qualifications are met)

Responsibilities and Duties:

-Able to manage variety of task given by the client.
-Manage calendar and meetings of the client.
-Able to do email and call management.
-Produce and design graphics for advertising.
-Able to do basic bookkeeping.
-Able to formal word documents and send faxes through virtual fax system.
-Able to return and follow up phone calls, to maintain good communication with other team.
-Able to write up contents for the client.

Requirements and Qualifications:

-Must have at least 1 year and up experience working as a General Virtual Assistant.
-Has an experience doing cold calling/outbound calling.
-Has a native or neutral accent and excellent telephone skills.
-Has a proficient skills in graphic and video editing.
-Knows basic bookkeeping.
-Willing to work for a long term client and full time employment with training and growth potential for full time career with possible international travel and wide range of skills

Work Hours: 30-40/week
Rate/Salary: 25k/month
Payment Method: TBA
