RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow up all leads with phone calls, text messages, and emails

Help onboarding of clients, follow up, and prompts of existing clients when correspondence required

Manage emails and calendar

Support in creating streamlined and systemised processes to make client experience as seamless as possible

Post tweets on Twitter

Post content to other social media platforms

Data entry, filing, and retrieving records, documents, and reports using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software

Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and distribute them as needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 2 years experience working as a Senior Administrative Support or similar role

Familiarity with task management and other organizational applications

Proven experience in content publishing in social media platforms

Previous experience working with CRM is an advantage

Extremely organized, efficient, and detail-oriented

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

High level administration experience in prior roles

Ability to work independently and resourcefully

Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities

Practice proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
